Participants should arrange your time
properly according to the conference
schedule. The brief version is simply for
reference. The detailed version may have
slight differences, which will be released
about two weeks before the conference.

| March 21, 2025 | 10:30-16:30 | Registration | Sign in at the registration counter and collect your conference materials. |
| March 22, 2025 | 9:30-12:00 | Keynote Speeches | The conference chair will host an opening ceremony. After that, keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all the participants to take a group photo |
| March 22, 2025 | 13:30-18:00 | Parallel Sessions | Parallel sessions will be going on in the afternoon. Then the session chair will give a grade to each presentation, which should be within 15 minutes, including Q&A. Best presentation certificate will be awared after the session. |
| March 22, 2025 | 18:00-20:00 | Banquet Dinner | The conference chair and the organiser will be hosting a closing ceremony at dinner, where the best papers will be announced, and the certificates will be awarded. However, due to some participants' early departure, best presetation may be selected and announced right after each session ends. |
| March 23, 2025 | 9:00-16:00 | Academic Visit/Excursion | One the last day of the conference, an academic visit to a local university will be arranged. So the delegates get to enjoy the atmosphere of the local campus, and visit the laboratory and see on-going research projects. If time permits, an excursion will also be arranged on this day. |
